The contract doesn’t exist between Huntree Fencing Ltd and the customer until Huntree Fencing Ltd has received and accepted your order.
An order acknowledgement of your request to buy the goods will be sent by email after you have placed the order. Huntree Fencing Ltd reserve the right to terminate the contract if the goods are unavailable, miss-priced or payment is not received.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within 10 working days of order.
Huntree Fencing Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in failure to deliver products within estimated timescales. As we do not stipulate a time for delivery we recommend that arrangements for trades people to carry out the work for you either the day after delivery or after you receive the goods.
Goods will be dropped no further than 3mts from the vehicle. We do not accept liability if goods are not delivered due to poor access or customer not ready.
Should you wish to cancel this must be done in writing to Huntree Fencing Ltd either by email or post.
In the case of any suspected defects or damage, please contact us as soon as possible before returning the goods.
If you wish to return goods this will be your responsibility at your own cost and to take precautions to prevent damage in transit. Goods must be returned to Great North Road, Little Paxton, Cambs. The goods will then be inspected and a refund will be given if returned in satisfactory condition.
If the goods are to be collected arrangements can be made but charges for transport and restocking will be incurred.
On occasions we may make mistakes on our website and if this happens we can only acknowledge this, apologise and then admit that we have unintentionally published incorrect information. If this affects your order we may be forced to cancel this, right up until goods are sent our and this may occur even if an order acknowledgement has been set out by email. If this is the case we will refund you, this may take 3-5 working days.
